I designed and developed this WordPress site for my non-profit organisation, which empowers 16+ year olds with adjusted needs to navigate the transition from education to adulthood. The site offers a range of digital resources, including guides on topics like assistive technology, EHCP provisions, and the EHCP process. All content, from educational articles to downloadable PDFs, has been created and written by me to support individuals as they prepare for further education and the workforce.
